We are a group of companies based in Belfast, across two sites. One part of the business (RTU) delivers mortar, plaster, liquid screed, decorative concrete and concrete material to the NI construction market. Our other business, Colinwell Masonry products specialise in the manufacture and supply of the finest concrete block walling products throughout the UK and Ireland. With a rich heritage and commitment to quality, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our team and help us expand our market presence across the UK and Ireland.

Job Summary:

As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our product offerings and value propositions to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products across the UK and Ireland.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase Colinwell's products and engage with potential customers.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future activities.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and promote Colinwell's brand values and identity in all marketing activities and communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content management systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the UK and Ireland construction markets is a plus.
