We are delighted to be supplying our Fair Face Masonry Blocks and Acousta Tex Acoustic Blocks to the new Waterside Youth Centre and Area Youth Offices in Derry.
This £2 million project, led by Connolly & Fee, will create a new 1,000m² youth complex on the site of the existing Waterside Youth Centre on Dungiven Road.
The project will provide a new-build accommodation for Waterside Youth Centre along with a sports hall, reception, multi-purpose games room, lounge, multimedia room, conference room, toilets, kitchen, youth resource room, breakout spaces and numerous offices.
We are proud to contribute to this remarkable initiative that will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the youth in Derry.
