Colinwell is pleased to announce that we will be supplying our Fair Face & Architectural Masonry blocks to P&K McKaigue for the construction of the Black Mountain Shared Space Project.
This £6.3 million project, led by the Belfast City Council, aims to create a modern and accessible building between Ballygomartin Road and Springfield Road. The goal is to remove physical barriers and provide a facility where cross-community programming can take place.
The building will offer a range of amenities, including community programming, sports facilities, offices, and spaces for meeting and informal gatherings. It is designed to be an attractive, welcoming, and neutral shared space for the communities to interact and spend time together.
