Colinwell Supply £250m University of Ulster Project

Phase 2 of the University of Ulster project at York Street, Belfast has been an ambitious one and Colinwell are thrilled to be supplying their high-quality Fair Face Paint Grade Masonry blocks. The latest section of the £250 million development entails the construction of eight and twelve-storey buildings being overseen by Lagan Somague. Together, these buildings will greatly improve the universities capacity by providing educational spaces, offices, catering & restaurant facilities, a library, and meeting rooms.

Colinwell Fair Face Paint Grade blocks were chosen not only for their robust and low maintenance, long-term performance, but also because they met the exacting sound and fire ratings required for the project.
