Colinwell Supply Brandywell Redevelopment

With the £7 million regeneration of the Brandywell football stadium now complete, Colinwell Masonry were proud to see the result of their contribution

Having had over 130 years of experience supplying landmark projects throughout the UK, Colinwell Masonry has developed a reputation as one of the leading block manufacturers in the UK and Ireland. While having recently supplied the blockwork to both Windsor Park, Belfast and Twickenham Stadium, London, the latest success story for Colinwell Masonry is winning the contract to supply the blockwork for the recent £7 million regeneration of the Brandywell stadium.

The project itself has introduced the exciting addition of a stand seating 955 that will bring the stadium’s existing capacity up to 3,700. Further to this, with a refurbishment of the south-end stand, additional parking and a new greyhound race track, the redevelopment will be a delight to many visitors.

Colinwell Masonry’s split-face whinstone masonry blocks can be found in the surrounding boundary walls of the stadium itself. This particular block appears to be very popular for both commercial and residential audiences due to its suitability and dependability across a wide-range and number of applications.
